Black Forest Recipes


Ingredients
  • 4 eggs 
  • 9 egg yolks
  • 150 grams of granulated sugar
  •  90 grams of wheat flour     
  • 20 grams of cornstarch 
  • 75 grams of butter 
  • 65 grams of liquid milk 
  • 50 grams of oil 
  • 25 grams of cocoa powder 
The material that we need on first layer ::

  • 200 grams whipped cream
  • 250 grams dark cooking chocolate
  • 5 tablespoon rum
The material that we need on second layer ::

  • 100 grams whipped cream
  • 100 grams blueberry jam
How to make it ::
  1. Cake: Boil the milk, butter, and oil, stirring until it is boiling. Add chocolate, stir until chocolate dissolves. then Remove it, and add rhum.
  2. Whisk the eggs and sugar at medium speed until fluffy. Add the sifted flour with cornstarch. Stir well. Add the boiling milk, stirring rate.
  3. Layer 1: Cook the mixture of whipped cream and dark cooking chocolate over low heat until the chocolate has dissolved. Refrigerate and shake until smooth. Add the rhum. Stir well. 
  4. Layer 2: Beat the whipped cream until smooth, add the blueberry jam and whisk gently. 
  5. Cut cake to be 3 parts. Wet the surface of each cake with rhum. Piece of cake to an applicator with a layer 1, the stack with a piece of cake into two and apply a layer to the second and final stacked with pieces of cake into 3. Piles of last cake with a layer of a topical, If love can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.
